With Black/Death Metal influences, the band known as BLACK TRIP
was formed in Mexico City as a studio project for guitarist and
songwriter Gennaro Ammendola, with the addition of Jeff Hale from Michigan on the drums,
Trevor McCabe on Bass Guitar from N.Y &
Joe E. Devenney on Lead Guitar from Philadelphia &
Ben Levin on Lead Guitar, Masashi "Ushi" Ushijima on guest Drums,
Dave Pezzano on Bass Guitar, Nili Brosh (Guest Lead Guitar),
Max Dible (Guest Lead Guitar Player) and Giovanni Durst (Guest Drummer).
BLACK TRIP'S music has evolved to include influences
of Black, Death, Speed, Thrash, and Power Metal.
BLACK TRIP remains committed to bringing it's audiences
pure metal day-in and day-out. Some of the BLACK TRIP credits
include opening for OVERKILL & Joey Belladona (ANTHRAX) and
playing the Magic Circle Festival in Bad Arolsen, Germany hosted by MANOWAR.
